Getting Started

It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll learn about your business, your current setup, and what you're looking for. From there, we'll recommend the right services and send you a custom proposal.

Once you're ready to move forward, onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks and includes connecting your accounts, reviewing your historical books, and setting up your reporting.

For bookkeeping, we'll need read access to your bank and credit card accounts, your QuickBooks login (or we'll set one up), and any existing financial records you have.

For tax prep, we'll need your prior year returns, any tax documents you've received (1099s, W-2s, etc.), and business expense records. We provide a checklist during onboarding.

Absolutely — catch-up bookkeeping is one of our most common starting points. We'll go back through your records, clean everything up, and get you current. Once your books are clean, we maintain them on an ongoing basis so it never gets that way again.

Services & Pricing

Pricing is primarily based on your monthly transaction volume and the services you need. Our plans start at $400/month for basic bookkeeping. We don't charge by the hour for ongoing services — you get a flat monthly rate so there are no surprises.

We work with small to mid-size businesses across a wide range of industries — service businesses, contractors, e-commerce, professional services, real estate, and more. If you're unsure whether we're a fit, just reach out and we'll let you know honestly.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan at any time. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.

Working Together

Day-to-day communication happens via email. Growth and Scale plan clients also get scheduled monthly or bi-weekly calls to review financials and discuss strategy. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours (same-day for Scale clients).

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and only access your accounts through read-only connections where possible. We follow strict data handling practices and never share your information with third parties. All sensitive documents are shared via encrypted channels.

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with clients' CPAs and attorneys, especially during tax season and for complex transactions. We'll provide clean, well-organized books and documentation that makes their job easier — and yours less expensive.
